ILLUSIONISTS, FILM MAKING, MY FRIENDS GROUPS, WELCOMING OVERSEAS STUDENTS, MUSICAL EVENTS AND JESUS CHATS.
Almost 70,000 people last year heard the gospel through Power to Change with nearly 2500 accepting Jesus into their life. But there are so many more opportunities out there:
- Missionaries/teams with innovative evangelism ideas will be seed-funded to pilot test them.
- Digital Evangelism has huge potential and we want to pilot fund several projects. One of them is our annual #Hack event which attracts tech heads to a global online weekend exploring projects to do mission.
- MyFriends helps everyday Christians develop a lifestyle that creates opportunities for their friends and family to discover God’s story together. As people love, care, pray and share with their friends in a discipling group.
- We are using food, film and music to grow deeper community among young people.
- Last year’s funding launched a Gospel Illusionist for our Youth Performances in Schools, plus our Campus Hospitality Evangelism project which saw a doubling of student participation.
- Film-maker Tim needs just $4,000 to promote his evangelistic film titled ‘Alone’
