Project Details

This partnership involves the members of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian, Blantyre Synod, agreeing to pray for the spread of the gospel throughout Australia and to keep the members of the Presbyterian Church of Australia aware of the work of the Gospel in Malawi through articles and literature. On its part, the Presbyterian Church of Australia has agreed to send visiting lecturers to provide ministry training at the Theological Resource Centre or other venues within the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian, Blantyre Synod, to provide theological resources and to provide funds for the running and renovation costs of the Theological Resource Centre.

The Presbyterian Church of Australia was involved with the establishment of the ORBUS Orphanage. The Orphanage is now under the direction of the Synod with some input from Australia. We also assist Church of Central Africa Presbyterian schools and in particular PLC Melbourne has taken a practical and ongoing interest in partnering with Neno Girls Mission School.
