Crossroads currently works with prisoners in jails not only within Australia but also across the South Pacific in Fiji, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
There are currently opportunities to add additional prisons in Papua New Guinea. We have favour with the prisons and have mentors ready and able to provide the mentoring. Our challenge is in covering the costs. Your gift could go towards the cost of courier fees to transport our precious packages of lessons and letters to and from some of the remotest prisons on earth. Or you could sponsor an annual visit by one of our team to build relationships and ensure that prisoners in Papua New Guinea continue receiving access to our lessons.
