Christians in situations of pressure from other faiths need to be well grounded in their own faith and to have a thorough understanding of why they believe in Christ.
Barnabas Fund assists with a number of specialised leadership training courses to equip church leaders with what they need to strengthen the Church in this kind of situation. The leaders then return to their own churches and teach their members what they have learned.
The cost of the courses varies from country to country and according to the length of the course and how far leaders have to travel to get to it. A typical figure would be AU$21.90 per leader per day.
